Las Vegas, Nevada – Bodycam video has captured the moment 41-year-old YouTuber Manuel Ruiz surrendered to police following a deadly double shooting on the Las Vegas Strip.

Ruiz is accused of killing fellow YouTuber Rodney Finley, 44, and Finley’s wife Tanisha, 43, outside the Bellagio Hotel and Casino just before 11 p.m. on Sunday.

The shooting was livestreamed on Finley’s channel, “Finny Da Legend.”

Authorities say Ruiz, who runs the “Sin City Manny” YouTube channel, had an ongoing feud with Finley, possibly related to copyright issues.

Police confirmed both victims died at the scene.

Ruiz turned himself in to Henderson police just before 10 a.m. Monday.

According to an arrest report, he claimed the shooting was in self-defense.

Ruiz is currently being held without bail and is scheduled to appear in court Thursday morning.
