Anna, Valencia, Spain – Firefighters from the Valencia Consortium carried out a daring air rescue of a 54-year-old man injured in the leg while canyoning in Anna.

The high-altitude rescue team GERA responded swiftly with the Consortium’s V-990 helicopter, carrying a doctor on board.

The man was evacuated by air to the helipad in Alzira for transfer to the healthcare services of GVA.
