Los Angeles, California – On May 21, 2025, the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Eagle (WIX 327) arrived in Los Angeles to mark the beginning of LA Fleet Week.

The cutter sailed into port as part of the eighth annual sea service celebration.

Los Angeles Fleet Week gives citizens a rare chance to see modern maritime capabilities up close.

Nearly 1,000 Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guardsmen are participating in the event.

They will display equipment, engage with the public, and take part in community service.

The city of Los Angeles is hosting the service members throughout the celebration.
