London, United Kingdom – To mark Ukrainian Independence Day, the Ukrainian Naval Forces Band joined the Band of the Scots Guards in a special performance at Buckingham Palace.

The two bands marched together from Wellington Barracks to the palace forecourt, where they performed side by side during the Changing of the Guard ceremony.

In front of thousands of spectators, the bands played “Stand By Me” by Ben E. King, celebrating the strong bonds between Ukraine and the United Kingdom.
