X user Julian Fayard captured the dramatic scene on video, posting it with the caption: “TWIN waterspouts over Ship Island, MS.”

The rare meteorological event featured two funnel-shaped clouds extending from the sky to the water, moving in tandem.

The sight drew attention from locals and visitors alike, as the swirling columns hovered over the Gulf waters.

There were no reports of damage or injuries.
