Cobb County, Georgia – On July 1st, X user Mark Shavin published a video showing a cloud formation that looked like a tornado.

He described the scene as looking precarious near Akers Mill Road. The weather appeared ominous in the same location.

Residents watched the unusual cloud with concern as it hovered in the sky.
