Tampa, Florida – Last month, Tampa Police officers responded to a two-vehicle crash near the 1200 block of E. Fowler Avenue.

Upon arrival, they quickly rescued a driver and a 7-year-old passenger trapped in a white SUV.

Thanks to their seat belts, both only suffered minor injuries.

The swift action of the officers and the use of seat belts prevented a potential tragedy.
