Pacific Ocean, Japan – U.S. Air Force Airmen from the 909th Air Refueling Squadron carried out an aerial refueling mission with a KC-135 Stratotanker in support of a base-wide exercise on November 4, 2025.

During the mission, multiple F-35A Lightning II aircraft from the 356th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron and F-16C Fighting Falcon aircraft from the 119th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron were refueled in flight.

The operation highlighted coordinated teamwork between deployed units at Kadena, sustaining mission readiness and supporting ongoing operations across the Indo-Pacific region.
