Chestermere, Canada – Massive grey storm clouds loomed over the southwest corner of Chestermere, Alberta, on the evening of July 13.

The scene, captured on video by Susan Gautron, showed an ominous weather front rolling into town. The footage was recorded at 8:09 p.m., just as the sky turned dark and threatening.

Susan described the event simply: “abstorm Chestermere, AB. South West corner of town. 8:09pm on July 13th.”

The striking visuals highlighted the power and sudden onset of the storm system, as it moved in from the horizon and cast a shadow over the area.
