@pogled-na-plaski. The footage, sped up five times, captured a SpaceX Falcon 9 launch for the NROL-69 mission. It showed a spiral of light swirling in the night sky as the rocket stages separated over Plaski.

The phenomenon, according to preliminary reports, stemmed from the Falcon 9 rocket, launched by SpaceX. It carried the US NROL-69 satellite into low Earth orbit. The spiral likely formed when the rocket’s upper stage was jettisoned, began spinning, and released residual fuel.

This isn’t the first time such a sight has been seen. In 2022, a similar spiral appeared when a Falcon 9 launched the Italian COSMO-SkyMed satellite into orbit. These events continue to captivate onlookers and spark curiosity online.
