Rochester, New York – On April 8, X user Joseph Frascati posted a video of a snowstorm sweeping across a parking lot at Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport, known as ROC.

In the video, snow blankets the area, reducing visibility. Frascati shared his thoughts in a caption alongside the post.
