Borca di Cadore, Italy – On Monday, June 23, 2025, firefighting operations officially ended in the town of Borca di Cadore, province of Belluno.

The Vigili del Fuoco carried out 60 interventions in the locality of Cancia.

The emergency work followed a destructive mud and debris flow that struck the inhabited area during the night between June 15 and 16.

Crews worked to restore safety and clear damage caused by the sudden landslide.

The intervention was critical to stabilizing the area and protecting residents.
