Corbera, Spain – Firefighters rescued a 63-year-old hiker yesterday who had gotten lost in a hard-to-reach area of the Corbera mountain range.

The rescue involved the Bombers Consorci VLC team, including the GERA+HLC V-990 unit from Bombers Valencia, with a doctor, forest coordinator, and BRIFO Consorci members.

Support also came from the GVA forest unit, ensuring a coordinated effort in the challenging terrain.

The hiker was evacuated by air and reported to be in good condition after the operation.
