London, UK – A video recorded by John Sinisgalli shows a massive protest unfolding at Oxford Circus during Donald Trump’s visit to the city.

Protesters filled the streets holding banners and signs with messages including “The people of the UK do not welcome the fascist Trump” and “No to racism, no to Trump.”

Police officers managed the event as demonstrators voiced opposition to Trump’s policies. The protest formed part of a wider series of demonstrations organized by the Stop Trump Coalition.

This scene stood in stark contrast to Trump’s official state visit activities, which included a carriage ride at Windsor Castle and a dinner with King Charles III. The division between the ceremonial engagements and public disapproval was clear.

John Sinisgalli stated: “And by chance I’m here in London at Oxford Circus, peaceful protest against Trump.”
