The short 15-second clip showed the Prince of Wales appearing relaxed and informal on the famous beach. The post’s caption read, “Spotted: The Prince of Wales trading Buckingham Palace for beach vibes at Copacabana! Quick game of paddleball before the big Earthshot talks?” The post drew more than two million views.

The video opened with the soft glow of sunlight veiled by clouds, the Atlantic murmuring against the golden sands beneath rows of beige and white canopy tents. A simple court marked in the dunes framed the scene as a young onlooker stood nearby, phone in hand, watching quietly.

Prince William appeared wearing a light green polo shirt, khaki trousers rolled at the cuffs, and white sneakers.
