Rochester, New York – On April 8, X user Joseph Frascati posted a video showing two airplanes landing in winter conditions at Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport, known as ROC.

In his post, he commented on the unexpected return of winter weather. “It’s winter all over again,” he wrote, expressing surprise.

Frascati had thought he was finished filming such scenes. “I thought that I was done with these videos shots. Ouch!” he added.

He noted the specific challenges at ROC International Airport. “Wind and lake snow,” he said, describing the conditions.

The X user also wondered about nearby Buffalo. “How is Buffalo doing?” he asked, hinting at similar weather there.
