Passengers Roasted On Air India Flight As AC And Power Fail

Delhi, India – Video filmed by Ashish Mishra shows passengers on an Air India flight to Singapore enduring nearly two hours of extreme discomfort after the aircraft’s air conditioning and electrical systems failed.

In the footage, travelers are seen fanning themselves with printed materials, struggling to cope with the intense heat. The cabin’s loss of electricity added to the ordeal.

Ashish Mishra reported: “Now after suffering without AC for around 2 hrs, passengers of Delhi-Singapore Air India flight being deplaned suspecting a technical glitch. Passengers onboard Delhi-Singapore flight have been suffering without AC for around 1.5 hrs also the electricity in the cabin has gone. People are forced to use papers as fans. We are getting roasted here… pls help.”

Passengers were eventually deplaned and rerouted via another Singapore-bound flight.

This incident is part of a troubling pattern of technical issues for Air India, including a recent aborted landing, underscoring ongoing concerns about passenger comfort and service reliability.
