Oslo, Norway – The Malloy T150B UAS has been deployed to the extreme cold of Norway to assess its performance in sub-zero temperatures. The test aims to enhance our understanding of its tactical applications for future Commando Force operations.
The T150B drone can lift over 60 kilograms, making it a valuable asset for Commandos. It is designed to operate in degraded GPS environments, ensuring support in challenging conditions.
This capability allows Commandos to access a diverse range of equipment. It proves especially useful when they are separated from conventional logistical resupply zones.
The deployment, which began on March 7, highlights the drone’s potential to adapt to harsh climates. The results could shape its role in future military strategies.
