Huge US Bombers Touch Down In England To Join International Military Exercise

RAF Fairford, England – Two B-52 Stratofortress bombers from the United States Air Force arrived at Royal Air Force Fairford on September 12, 2025, alongside members of the 93rd Bomb Squadron.

The 93rd Bomb Squadron is part of the 307th Bomb Wing, an Air Force Reserve unit based at Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana.

The deployment supports the RAF-led bi-annual exercise Cobra Warrior, aimed at enhancing joint training and operational readiness among allied air forces.

The arrival of these strategic bombers highlights the ongoing cooperation between the U.S. Air Force and the Royal Air Force, emphasizing the importance of international military exercises in maintaining global security and preparedness.
