Arconate, Italy – On Friday, June 6, 2025, firefighters launched a major rescue effort to save a herd of cows swept into the Villoresi Canal, which runs between the provinces of Milan and Varese.
The emergency began in the afternoon when the animals were reported trapped in the fast-moving waters.
