Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California – U.S. Marine Corps F-35B Lightning II and F/A-18C/D Hornet aircraft from Marine Aircraft Group 11, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, flew in formation over the base on Oct. 17, 2025.

Aircrew and pilots carried out routine training flights designed to sustain their proficiency and operational readiness.

The formation also served as a show of force during the Marine Corps’ 250th Birthday amphibious capabilities demonstration.
