Cairo West Air Base, Egypt – On September 10, 2025, U.S. Air Force Capt. Matthew “CZAR” Szabo of the 55th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron flew an F-16 Fighting Falcon sortie as part of BRIGHT STAR 25 war games.

A B-roll package captures the pilot’s takeoff, aerial maneuvers, and landing, with footage ranging from natural speed to 1.5x and 4x speed, in both horizontal and vertical orientations.

BRIGHT STAR 25 aims to enhance joint readiness and strengthen partner nations’ ability to operate seamlessly in complex environments.

Through alignment of tactics, techniques, and procedures, U.S. and partner forces increase their capacity to deter aggression, boosting lethality, confidence, and cohesion among multinational service members.
