The protestors declared that there are “no billionaires on a dead planet” and called on everyday people to “join, or die.” They stressed that it is time to stand together, as the nation’s founders once did, against the forces of destruction. The activists emphasized the need to unify and rebel, rather than let freedom die.

Extinction Rebellion activists highlighted the urgent need for resistance against a government of chaos and cruelty. They called for alternative structures to replace the damage being done to the country. Two individuals were arrested during the protest.
