Santiago, Chile – With volunteers and vehicles from three companies, the Santiago Fire Department carried out a successful rescue operation.

The emergency unfolded at the Manuel Rodríguez Bridge in the Mapocho River.

Firefighters responded quickly and worked together to save a person from the rushing waters.

The rescue took place in the commune of Santiago, drawing attention from nearby onlookers.

Thanks to the coordinated effort, the individual was safely removed from the river.
