Kapolei, Hawaii – An HC-130 Hercules airplane crew from Coast Guard Air Station Barbers Point brought a patient to the air station on March 20, 2025.

The man had been at U.S. Army Garrison Kwajalein Atoll before the medical transport.

Emergency medical services personnel met the crew in Kapolei to take the patient to the Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu.

Reports say the man was in stable condition during the transfer to the hospital.
