Coast Guard Offloads Over 214 Million Dollars Worth Of Cocaine In San Diego

San Diego, California – The United States Coast Guard offloaded more than 18,000 pounds of illegal cocaine on Thursday in San Diego.

The drugs, valued at approximately $214.3 million, were offloaded from the Coast Guard Cutter Kimball (WMSL 756).

This offload followed six separate suspected drug smuggling interdictions.

These operations took place off the coasts of Mexico, Central America, and South America.

The seizures occurred between February and April during missions by the Cutter Kimball.
