Balcony Waterfalls As Typhoon Ragasa Pours Through Hong Kong

Hong Kong – A video posted on X by Dickie Suzuki shows heavy rain and strong winds from Typhoon Ragasa battering a residential area, with water cascading off a balcony railing and trees swaying violently.

Recorded amid reduced visibility, the footage aligns with the typhoon’s position 324 km west of Hong Kong, moving westward at 26 km/h as of late September 2025.

The storm, also known as Nando in the Philippines, is weakening but continues to impact East Asia, potentially disrupting air and sea travel.
